Fourm began with a simple dream and a passion to create something meaningful. The name comes from the yoga pose “Four” and the word “Form,” symbolizing intentional movement, self-expression, and balance between body and mind.

My fitness journey started after having my first son, when I discovered how empowering movement could be. With the right activewear, I felt stronger, more confident, and motivated every day. Later, while pursuing my MBA in Vancouver, I created my first website as a school project — unknowingly planting the seed for Fourm.

With the support of my sister-in-law, Carla, that idea grew into reality. Together, we built Fourm not just as an activewear brand, but as a reflection of what movement means to us: confidence, balance, and empowerment in every form.

Our mission is to design versatile, high-quality activewear that moves with you through every part of life — from workouts to everyday moments. Proudly born in the Philippines, Fourm is only at the beginning of its journey, and we’re excited to grow with you.
